“In its complaint to the Federal Communications Commission, AT&T said Cox’s refusal to sell it licensing rights to Cox Channel 4, which exclusively broadcasts live Padres games, is ‘exacting a severe toll on AT&T’s (video) subscription figures in San Diego.’” Isn’t this the same thing they did with the Apple iPhone exclusive deal.
